You have 60 days from your last day of supply to preserve the lien, then 90 more to perfect it — 150 days total. Miss perfection and the lien is gone, even if you preserved it on time. On staged mechanical jobs that final supply date is easy to lose track of; we hold it.

Gas, refrigerant, and rooftop work carry real injury risk. If a tech is hurt and loses time, your WSIB Form 7 is due in 3 business days — weekends and Ontario stat holidays excluded. We count those days correctly and remind you before it bites.
